Hey there, it’s Michael. Welcome to Whole again. A show about helping survivors a physical injury and trauma, reclaim their strength and resilience through the wisdom of ksu.

Today, I have a microdose meditation for you when you feel like you’re not doing enough, because in reality, I think you’re crushing it when you’re ready. Come into a comfortable posture, and if you like, you can close your eyes

and allow yourself. To arrive into this moment,

let’s drop in and we’ll begin with a generous breath in.

If you can breathe up through your nose

and briefly hold the breath before you release it out. And as you do release any tension you might be holding onto, you can invite your shoulders to relax, perhaps bring some ease to the area around the jaw.

Allow the body to soften just a bit. You’ve done so much already, even in moments where your efforts feel invisible. Where there’s little recognition, your efforts still matter.

You are moving things forward in ways that can’t always be seen

as you breathe in. You can repeat this mantra. I honor my effort even when it feels unseen.

And as you breathe out, release any tension or pressure to prove anything.

On your next breath in, you can repeat. I am already enough,

and as you breathe out. Trust that you’re already making an impact

by simply showing up

Now, let this truth settle in.

The world needs your energy. We value the ripple you put into it.

And you’re making a difference, not by being perfect, but by simply being present.

And when you’re ready, you can begin to open your eyes and wiggle your fingers and toes and give the body a little stretch.
