  • Explore a fresh way to look at your life through the lens of wonder and odds.
  • Understand how your internal state shapes what you give to the world.
  • Walk away with a clear, inspiring reminder to create ripples of joy—even in difficulty.

Take a deep breathe and take 2 minutes to reconnect with the miracle of being here—and the power you have to choose what lives inside you.

Give me two minutes and I’ll change your life. 400 trillion to one. It’s crazy, right? That’s the likelihood of being human today, and we might argue about the math, but let’s break it down. Here we are traveling through space on molten rock, and you’re in a location on this planet where you can hear this.

It’s bananas, right? And even though the odds that will go through something like illness or injury or even trauma are quite common, we still have just one chance at this beautiful gift called life. We have one opportunity to be grateful for it, a chance to put a beautiful ripple into it. Dr. Wayne Dryer has a quote about oranges and juice.

It goes like this. When you squeeze an orange, you’ll always get orange juice to come out. What comes out is what’s inside when someone squeezes you and out comes anger or hatred or bitterness or tension or depression or anxiety. That’s what’s inside. However. If love and joy and I will add gratitude are what you wanna give and receive, change your life by changing what’s inside.

And here’s the thing, even when our outsides are bruised or damaged, wrinkled, scarred, or hurting, we can still change what’s inside. We can still have this type of juice come out. The poet Mary Oliver wrote, what do you wish to do with your one wild and precious life? I would say be grateful for it and create beautiful ripples.

As always, thanks for being here and thank you for being a fellow survivor.
