How to Have Your Last Bad Day

Last Sunday started out rough. It was cold and raining and I was tired from a Saturday night get-together. You can say that I woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

Plus, I was scheduled to go into NYC for a photo shoot and I suffer from PTSPD - Post-Traumatic Sears Portrait Disorder. Even though I grew up in Kodak city, I really don't like getting my picture taken.

So the thought of bringing different outfits and my bike into a raining NYC wasn't attractive. I thought my last bad day streak - which is now at 6,458 days - was over.

But I recruited enough mojo to get some coffee, made a shift, and leveraged something I haven't talked much about over the years. It's the focus of this week's video and it may help you make your last bad day, your last bad day.

Happy St. Patricks Day! #Igotmygreenon #GoIrish

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Thank you to John Demato for being in my peloton and making our photo shoot fun and enjoyable
