The Key to More Sales Success
My first bike race in high school was a disaster. As I licked my wounds in the parking lot, one of the local racing circuit vets gave me some unsolicited advice, "Your first mile, son, is the most important one."
As a wet-behind-the-ears sixteen-year-old, at first I thought he was talking about the actual first mile once the starting gun went off, but he was referencing something different.
He went on to share that the first mile happens before the start. It includes making sure that you are trained, skilled, rested, and nourished. It’s also the time to make sure that your equipment is ready and make your most vital shift.
This week's video is all about your first-mile toward more sales success, but its vital shift isn't in your sales model.
Until next week, have fun storming the castle!
