Do What Amin Did...
It's been too long...
Beyond physiological (e.g., food, water, shelter) and safety (e.g., stability) our need for belonging - one could say a peloton - is an important happiness and success booster.
But the chaos of everyday life - from conference calls, customers, carpools, and crucial conversations - makes it difficult to maintain our relationships over time. As new connections pop into our lives, it's easy to take for granted our old friends.
During our family vacay to Morocco and some social media PTO, I was reminded of the importance of old relationships and real connections.
In this week's video, I share a story about something that happened on the way to Marrakech, the importance of reconnecting with old friends, and something I did after my social media break.
Until next week, have fun storming the castle, and maybe you want to invite an old friend to come along.
