Today we seem to glorify the 24/7 hustle and surviving on a few hours of sleep. The belief goes, "If you're moving, you matter," so hamster wheels keep spinning. The stress makes you sweat, but are you faster? Are you happier?
Two weeks ago was an active week, and I was spinning and burning the candle at both ends. And then...
This week's video is all about what happened and my response to a friend who teased me and said, "It must have been great not doing anything all day long?" It also includes an essential PSA for our peloton peeps who are living in their best decade (i.e., 50+).
Have fun storming the castle!
